I recently took my van to Sternberg Chrysler Center and was left thoroughly disappointed. Despite a significant amount of labor and time spent on my vehicle, they were unable to fix the issue at hand. The staff was friendly enough, but that doesn't make up for the fact that my van's problem remained unresolved. After all the effort and expense, I drove away with nothing to show for it. We bought a car here a few months ago, and have had zero complaints. Our salesman, Phil, was genuine and helpful. (We named our car after him.) Jacob was fun to talk to, and he made the entire car buying experience better ten-fold. Our car is working perfectly and it's exactly what we needed.
