Management company employees totally non-responsive and aloof, if not downright nasty. Things have been broken in my apt. for months with no call back from them at all, even after several emails. When you do hear from them in is never in response to problem, just when they need info on your storage space, etc. (get ready to be asked questions umpteen times because they cant figure anything out).
often dirty, once lease is signed very difficult to get anything done or get what was promised by landlord, no parking,winter time parking is nightmare
