The doctors in office are professional. Staff very rude and acts completely unprofessional like old hags on market places. I've been patient for couple years. Everytime I come in I'm surprised the staff is not fired - they completely ruined the image office and doctors with their nasty remarks instead of keeping mouth shut and doing their job they prefer to disrespect sick patients and even giving worthless advices to patients. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. He never return my calls. He would not do me any favors, Arrogant SOB. DONT WASTE YOU TIME WITH THIS JERK. There are other psychiatrists out there.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and they are almost never able to fit me in at the times I would be able to go. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
