Maia is very accommodating with schedules, which is a huge plus. She has a plethora of different glass options, more than anyone could ever imagine. She is very attentive with students/artists and I never felt that I was left alone for too long. Maia is super sharp and offers very helpful tips about choosing different projects based on experience level. Maia also takes safety very seriously. Had an awesome experience here with my wife creating some art to take home. The process really makes you appreciate all of the stained glass you see around Oak Park (and the world!) that much more. Maia was a great teacher, making sure that we felt comfortable with each step along the way but making sure to not do too much so it was clearly ours to make.
