After several repeated blunders by my prior highly rated primary care physicians I changed to Lisa Sterman. The level of care, not just for my physical well being, but mental, emotional etc is so vastly different and exceptional to anything I’ve ever received!! The last office visit I literally cried during an examination and said “It is as if you really care about me!” And she does and it’s been exceptional and consistent every single visit and interaction whether face to face or virtual.

I have to say that I like and appreciate: Dr Sterman, all the PA's over the years, and all the staff meet and greet you at the front. Good group of people.

Chose his primary care physician for my family and the intake new patient coordinator was absolutely rude and difficult. She couldn’t even be bothered to send me an intake form by email don’t care if they have new clients or not so don’t bother coming here, rude staff. Intake person didn’t even want to hear what my concerns were and she literally told me I was wrong that they were excepting new patients even though my insurance company said they were. Horrible horrible staff support
