He is the assistant manager in the office & let me tell you this guy is TOP NOTCH when it comes to customer service, being helpful & going above & beyond to make sure you feel comfortable about moving to this complex. I love living at South Fork Village because it’s a nice community. I moved away from home October 2024 and when family/friends come to visit, they always compliment the community. Also, I am big on communication and I like when maintenance or the leasing staff greet me. The team is very responsive to maintenance requests, if needed.Â
I have been in this industry for many years; I have worked for this company since 2012; I want to share the truth! This company is honest and hardworking, and cares about their employees and their residents! They have strong values; they want they people they employee to take the very best of their residents. THIS PLACE HAS GONE TO THE DUMPS. BUSHES AND SRUBS OVERGROWN AND WEEDS,CRAB GRASS, NEVER PULLED. TRASH ALL OVER THE GROUNDS. LOOKS LIKE A GETTO.Â
I have lived here for more than a year and I have had a good experience. Repairs are made quickly and the staff is friendly. Also, the apartments are well-insulated for sound against outdoor noise. Of course you can hear when the lead-blower is extremely close from time to time, but other than that it is very quiet inside when there is something going on inside. This is a great choice if you work from home like I do.Â
I would be wary of this company. I spent one year in this apartment complex. The complex is nice, the staff is very helpful, and maintenance tries hard to fix the problems. The reason for the one star rating is associated with leaking plumbing, the noise from people partying in the parking lots, and the process of vacating the property. During my tenancy I had five major water leaks. Three of the leaks flooded my apartment and these came from the shower. One leak was from the apartment above and filled up my light globe. THE ARBORS AT CAROLINA FOREST IS A NO! Tenants upstairs has a dog who runs around like it's a dog park & heavily stomping, dragging noises, loud bangs that shake my apartment because they throw/drop heavy stuff constantly. Their door slamming is just as bad. We are woken up all hours of the night DAILY. They scream & cuss at each other when fighting. They blast t.v & music & holler "WOOO!" "Yeah!" late hours.
