Rock (server) was very helpful in making sure my husband had a great 74th birthday. Really appreciated it! Food was excellent on every level, including the chocolate cake! Top of the line restaurant. Recommend it highly as a great family restaurant!
Sterlings is always my number one place to eat in the Tri Cities. Families and friends from out of town always request going here just for the Egg Sterling. Just wanted to note that when ordering online via Queensgate, you are forced to tip. The “other” option for a custom tip is the only function on the website not working. When you select “other” it pops up with an error message. Hopefully they fix this issue.
My waitress was nice but if you’re going to charge $23 for a salad and I ask for chicken in it, probably don’t want to put cold/frozen chicken in the salad. How is that even appetizing?? Also, the seats had cheese on them from wiping the tables and not making sure the seats weren’t clean. Terrible job!
