This place was great, only issue was during the summers with pests coming in. The heat made it so, and it sucked. Coming back after the summer was a lot of dead bugs and it got irritating. Older complex that’s been recently renovated. Our maintenance man and site manager are very nice, quick to respond, and on top of taking care of the space. The property is going through some management changes though and it has made many things complicated. Including getting compensation due to water damage caused by improper maintenance handling.
Amazing staff, pool is always clean and very quiet.
If you are looking for a great place to live, I can’t recommend Aero Apartments enough. The property itself is always clean and incredibly well-kept. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The community director is amazing and goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests. Whenever I need maintenance, they respond almost immediately and genuinely care about ensuring we are satisfied with the fix. It’s a wonderful community!
Haven't had hot water in my building for almost two weeks and the only "compensation" offered is a communal shower in the demo apartment which requires messaging the maintenance person to lead us too and unlock the door. Fluctuating water temperature has been a requiring issue for the two years I've lived here.
