Moved here 3 months ago. Yesterday's budget vote was conducted in a terrible and unprofessional manner. Only Board members were allowed to calculate the votes behind closed doors. This practice is bias, lack of transparency, disrespectful and unacceptable.
Buildings are deteriorating, Dawn ignores complaints, Harborview Realty tells me to use my personal funds to fix things that the company is responsible for. I pay over $4000 annually in HOA fees, they continue to go up, spending reports are NOT given to residents, and they don’t care. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They don’t care about you! They blame the deterioration of the buildings on the residents and say that nobody wants to work.
