The HOA here needs to be in textbooks for their negligence. Exterior of dozens of homes are literally falling apart, land on vehicles, every burm is destroyed from horrible plowing contractors last winter, their outsourced their desk job office work to a 3rd party to “save money” and increased the budget line item for the position by 30k. Moved here 3 months ago. Yesterday's budget vote was conducted in a terrible and unprofessional manner. Only Board members were allowed to calculate the votes behind closed doors. This practice is bias, lack of transparency, disrespectful and unacceptable.
