Nice intercostal 55+ community. Very clean and not expensive condo in 2, 3-story buildings.
I love fishing here; a resident from Vermont snowbirds here and invites a few of us to the bench on the intercostal to fish. We meet all the walkers as they pass and everyone is polite and friendly. We catch and release and heads home after running out of shrimp, usually two hours.
Like many of these communities, there are a lot of rules. Those in charge can be very difficult to deal with and have been downright rude and arrogant at times. Recent change in office staff has made a positive impact. There is a very long walkway right on the intercoastal with shaded benches and fishing rod holders all along the way making a great spot for walking, talking or fishing. Recently, the entrance has been secured with gates making for an even safer experience.
