This is my residence since 2018. It was live at first sight when eyes met this fabulous location. Residents are pleasant and SV is centrally located to virtually any type of necessity: medical care, shopping, travel, etc.
Nice intercostal 55+ community. Very clean and not expensive condo in 2, 3-story buildings.
I love fishing here; a resident from Vermont snowbirds here and invites a few of us to the bench on the intercostal to fish. We meet all the walkers as they pass and everyone is polite and friendly. We catch and release and heads home after running out of shrimp, usually two hours.
