Sterling Medical treated me so well. I went in sick and they quickly ran tests and I received the necessary treatment. Their staff was outstanding. Thank you Sterling Medical.
My husband went into this clinic with the symptoms of a bladder infection. When he called they told him to come in and they would test him. He went in they did the test and said they would call him in 3 days. They never called. We reached out and the admin said they had no results. A nurse called back a few hours later and told him the lab messed up they don’t have results. They still billed us for the results and when we called to dispute the billing manager was so rude and told us there is no way they would help.
Be prepared for a $485 bill if they run any tests, even with insurance. They should be warning patients of the potential costs before they run any tests. Also, I was told to expect results back in 24 hours, mine took a week. So now I have to pay $485 to be told I had the flu and Croup after my symptoms were cleared. Be wary. Stick with Primary Health!
Outstanding service! The Sterling Urgent Care on Broadway Ave is amazing. Angie, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and spot-on in diagnosing my pain. Her expertise truly prevented further complications, which was crucial since I was visiting Boise and not from the area. I am truly grateful for her exceptional professionalism and the care I received. Thank you Angie, you were a blessing.
