Worse place to live! The property is in a beautiful and quiet area, but your life will be miserable if you come here. Maintenance is the worse. They never fix anything, and when they do it's because the tenant has reported the same issues multiple times. I have never been able to use my bathroom on the second floor because it doesn't work and when I told maintenance he check it and said it was fine but when I try to use it didn't flush. My cabinets are old and in pretty bad shape, so much that one of the doors fell off when ... read more

Lied About Availability On September 1st I went in, viewed the apartments, liked what I saw. I asked when they would be available and was told around mid November to mid December for a move in date. That is the only reason I chose these apartments over others, because they would be available. I took this as, yes we will have an apartment ready for you to move into around that time. Criminal Activity, Disturbance of Peace, Management Does Not Care If you want to live in an apartment complex with residents blaring music at all hours from their homes and cars, drug dealing, criminal activity and management that does not monitor the community, maybe Kimberly Club is for you. There were police all over the back area multiple times in the past months due to gun shots being fired inside an apartment and then more police all over at a later date banging down a door loudly announcing they had a search warrant. ... read more
Cute apartment, but management is rough I loved living here. The one bedroom apartment with a balcony was so bright and sunny, I loved waking up there. The pine tree right outside the balcony was perfect for bird watching. Storage space is plentiful, and I loved the open layout of the apartment. As far as apartment complexes go, it was pretty quiet. If you enjoy your peace and quiet- this is NOT the place for you. This is the worst place i have ever lived. The maintenance men are loud and mean. I hear them every. single. morning. yelling and swearing. Their office is in the basement and their voices carry to my room. I complained to the office manager, Jule. She said she would talk to them. Amazing Place I loved my experience here at Waterview farms. My 7 year old son and I moved into a 2BR about 2 years ago and we just love it. From the staff to the maintenance being super timely to the care we received. I recommend these apartments to everyone! The pool was wonderful last year as well. Everyone is very friendly and I felt very safe living here. Cutting the grass is always timely as well as the snow removal. Thanks again to Jenny and Tammy for such a great stay and I wish you the best of luck in the future!

Bad Experience The apartment is nice. We just happen to live above someone that smokes so much weed we can’t use our balcony or open our windows. We called and then emailed and nothing changed. We have kids and really regret signing a lease here. Maybe if you had more courteous neighbors I would recommend it to someone. It’s not just a little odor. It’s like 24/7 and smells so bad it makes me feel bad about having my kids here.
Reprehensible Reprehensible. That is the best word I can use to describe this apartment and its management. Two weeks after signing our new lease (but before it actually went into effect), my mother passed away suddenly. Due to family matters, my husband and I needed to move. They are charging us FOUR months rent in order to move out (and we have to keep utilities). I understand we signed a contract, but absolutely no flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances?
