Outrageous Deposit - Bug Issues Wasted over an hour of my time with an online application and a visit to find out at the end of the paperworks. They wanted a deposit of over $1100 from me when I have excellent credit and 3 years of excellent payment history from my current landlord. Never paid my rent after the 1st! Water is yellow and water is 30$ a month Water is yellow and water is 30$ a month. The pool is never open, there’s always some kid of construction going on so it’s closed and the construction is loud even from inside your apt. They’ll tell you the walls keep noise out really well, but I can always hear my neighbors playing music and walking around.

Nice Place I have lived here for seven years. Management responds to problems in a timely manner. The apartments provide good natural lighting. The hallway, parking lot, and landscaping are clean. I usually cook and the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave always work well. The carpeting in this apartment is adequate. Quiet and Comfortable I have lived here for several years, and I enjoy the quiet and the location. Maintenance is quick to respond to calls for repairs.
As Advertised! I have lived here for 5 years and the maintenance staff are very nice and professional! They respond in a timely manner. The management is fair, knowledgeable, and very nice. Best place ever during my 6-year rental life Beautiful and comfortable place. Nice manager and neighborhood. The property manager will respond as quickly as she can and extremely help! Life is quite easy for living here. The best place ever.

So far it has been excellent! My wife and I has been living here for 2 years and so far the place, the apartment and the management has been great. They have help us quickly on every problem or issue we had so far. The location is close to different schools, department stores, restaurants and about 15 to 20 minutes away from the BMW plant.

Great and affordable place to Live I've been living here for 3 years, it's a good and affordable place to live, considering the location and the cost of other places to rent around here. Maintenance has always been available when I have needed something, as well as the manager. They have always been very respectful and kind, and I'm pretty sure many people agree with me??
