Susan has been amazing for me. I feel I've gotten further with her than anyone I’ve worked with before. She is wonderful.
Do not know her job well and very unprofessional too.
I love Susan. I’ve been to numerous counselors and therapists and no one has dug as deep with me as she has. Maybe that’s uncomfortable to some people but I really want to work on myself and make myself better. Unprofessional and insensitive. Rude, rushed, abrupt & worst of all dismissively disrespectful in our 1st interaction. Sadly this was all over the phone even her apology once confronted lacked personal responsibility & sincerity. Can’t imagine what she would have been like in person. Didn’t want to give her the opportunity because I, you, we deserve better AND there’s better out there. Don’t settle ... cross-reference you’re reviews. I’m not the only one. Wow, just WoW.
