Over books appointments! They have cataract surgeries booked 15 minutes apart. We got to the center at 7:45 for an 8 AM surgery and we were still waiting to even see the doctor past 10 AM
Was not very happy with the staff or the doctor.
I have been to this facility twice in the past month and each time I had to wait over an hour. Why is the medical field the only place where you have an appointment at a particular time but you just sit and wait. Even people came in after me had later times scheduled were called ahead of me. The medical field is really inconsiderate of people and their time that think it’s perfectly normal to wait over an hour when you have an appointment.
All of the staff has been so wonderful, taking excellent care of me after my surgery. Dr. Pinto is very personable, very caring and he did an excellent job on my spine. Thank you all for being so wonderful, and being so attentive
