The care was excellent and all the staff was professional and very helpful. I have been there twice and had a wait the first time but the facility was very comfortable. I started talking to other patients and did not pay attention to the time. I found the staff very pleasant.
Over books appointments! They have cataract surgeries booked 15 minutes apart. We got to the center at 7:45 for an 8 AM surgery and we were still waiting to even see the doctor past 10 AM
Was not very happy with the staff or the doctor.
I have been to this facility twice in the past month and each time I had to wait over an hour. Why is the medical field the only place where you have an appointment at a particular time but you just sit and wait. Even people came in after me had later times scheduled were called ahead of me. The medical field is really inconsiderate of people and their time that think it’s perfectly normal to wait over an hour when you have an appointment.
