I stayed at Sterling Suites 12/22 after neck surgery and 5/23 after breaking my pelvis in an accident. Both stays were fantastic and I was very well taken care of. From aides to therapists everyone was great. Very highly recommended. I hope to return 8/23 after shoulder replacement surgery. Mark Skinner

My father was at Sterling Suites 10 yrs ago when he broke his hip. It was amazing then. When he broke his other hip that's where he was so happy to go back there. Boy, did 10yrs make a difference. He got a bed sore from being left in bed without being move every 2 hours. When they started his therapy they had him in his recliner. Which he got left in rest of the day, the afternoon and most of the evening & night. He wasn't allowed to get up by himself so that's where he got left all that time. My mother was admitted at Sterling Suites for rehab 3 days post op for a hip revision. They were unable to provide pain or her regular medications for almost 24 hours after arriving. Because of needing 2 nurses to check out narcotics, she had no pain medication. If you are not able to provide pain medications, you shouldn't be caring for new post ops!! The food was inedible..I mean BAD. My elderly father had to bring in nearly every meal. The room was never mopped or dusted in the 2 weeks she was there. The phone didn't work... read more

My brother in law was here recently. Very good staff but very understaffed! Was supposed to get physical therapy, got it once. We went to visit one day and you could hear him yelling from the front door, his nurses light was blinking when we arrived to find him about to fall from his chair, we helped him back up and 20 minutes later someone showed up and asked what he wanted. Wow! This place used to be nice, needs a good cleaning, paint and definitely new furniture, his chair and bed were nasty. Would not recommend this plac... read more
