Ive been a resident here for over three years, and it's been a truly positive experience. The maintenance team is consistently quick and provides excellent service. Our Community Manager Sylvia and staff is also incredibly helpful and understanding. It really is a great place to live!
My experience since moving here has been amazing! The office manager Sylvia Ramirez is very knowledgeable, professional and worked swiftly when it came to me moving into my first apartment. No apartment complex is perfect, there were some minor issues with the apartment. But thankfully Sylvia and her maintenance team went over and beyond to ensure any issues that did occur were resolved in a prominent manner. Overall 10/10 rating compared to other complexes I’ve toured in Midland, TX.
I applied online gave my bank info and everything. When I got to the actual sterling spring villas I was told that they don’t even take online applications at all. There’s not even any units available. That only the parent company can see applications and edit them. I tried calling asset living and they said they would call back and never did. I don’t even really care about the $16 I just need my information deleted. They also need to make a statement or fix that issue. Total scam.
I have lived here for over a year, and management has already changed three times. The HVAC system has never worked properly—it doesn't cool in the summer or heat in the winter. The first time, it took them 8 months to inspect it, and they only did so because I bypassed the office and spoke directly to maintenance, despite my multiple written requests.
