RecommendedReading through all of the positive reviews about Julie, my experience echoes everything said. I was referred to her because of multiple injuries in my back related to fitness and sports. After seeking the help of a chiropractor for several months, I finally ended up in the doctor’s office who pointed me to Julie’s practice. She is amazing - both as a physical therapist and sports medicine expert. I would not be back in the gym or on the tennis courts without Julie’s help. I highly recommend her!
After injuring my arm, I thought it would get better if I took a break from working out and gave it time to heal. Three painful months later I decided to get some help. I got immediate relief after my 1st visit and I just had my 1st pain free workout. Not only did Dr. Julie treat my injury she taught me proper techniques to keep me from getting injured again. I highly recommend Sterling Sports Medicine!
I overtrained for a long haul triathlon. A lot. As a result, I inflamed my right piriformis. I continued to train and race on it...which lead to my gait being off and subsequent issues with my leg and back. After a month of trying to fix it myself, I went to see Julie on the recommendation of my doctor. In just a few sessions, she had me well on my way to recovery. It's refreshing to work with a healthcare professional who is also an athlete and "gets it." I can't recommend Sterling SMPT highly enough.

I was seeing a sports medicine chiropractor, massage therapist and physical therapist for my neck. Julie can do all 3 services at the same time. She has dry needled, cupped, adjusted and massaged me and my neck has never felt better. I highly recommend her. Thanks Julie!!!
When I started with Julie I could not lift my left arm above shoulder height. After a few 1 hour sessions I can now get my arm completely overhead. I highly recommend Julie. She dedicates the entire hour to work on you and FIX you. Best therapist I have ever been to! Thank you Julie I can now do download dog with no pain in my shoulder and lots of other yoga poses. I am so thank for being referred to Julie! I have never met a doctor who cared as much for my recovery as Julie. She worked with me on my time constraints and saw me as quickly as possible when I as in incredible pain. Not only is she an incredible doctor, with cutting edge knowledge, she is an incredibly kind person. Even though my therapy is over, and Julie has prepared me with the tools to keep myself healthy, I miss seeing her regularly!
Julie was very helpful and also so encouraging during my PT. I will make sure with my next knee replacement that I seek Julie's help....she's awesome♥️
