He have had 2 service with them about to call to schedule out 3rd...best place and i had called around they have the best price..i loveeee stacy he is such a sweatheart and his help is amazing
I came to make a payment for a love one and it smelled like rotten bodies then they tried to use air freshener or perfume to cover the disgusting odor but that didnt work you still can smell it which made me sick to stomach 🤢
Went with another funeral home and things weren't working out so i contacted Sterling and they were so understanding and eager to help. They listened with empathy and was very professional. Johnny went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. My family will be using them for all future funerals. Thank you!!
I hired STERLING to cremate my mother in 2013. It was professional from what I remember. I had an appointment today regarding the planning of my father’s memorial service and I was appalled. The office smelled of DEATH(actual death, like roadkill)it was dirty and unorganized, and they had the door to the crematorium open for others to see inside!!!My family and I were treated as if we didn’t belong, as if we would be lucky to hire them.
