I purchased four new tires from Sterling. After about six months I developed a “shimmy” while driving. Two different alignment people, one of them Sterling had sent me to, said I had a bad tire. Evan, who owns Sterling, refused to look at the tire or even contact his alignment guy to find out what the problem was. A Sterling employee scratched three of my rims while rotating tires.
