Mice don’t seem to be a priority for their maintenance team. They waited a whole week to take action! They only added one trap for an entire mice family. I’ve found five mice in my apartment so far—worst customer support.
New management here is great! Pet friendly, spacious apartments, and good maintenance. We have a newly-installed dog park and playground on the premises, and there are poop bag dispensers (with bags provided, of course, for convenience. It’s a quiet environment, close to nature, but near I-79, Emily Drive, and US 50. We’re quite pleased here!
