Can’t get in touch with anyone. Also they charge you full rent if you don’t have AC for a month even though AC is part of the rental agreement. The manager will only respond via text if they even respond. Terrible management. (Response) If you actually cared I would have received a phone call. But I didn’t. And you don’t care. So nor do I. Mice don’t seem to be a priority for their maintenance team. They waited a whole week to take action! They only added one trap for an entire mice family. I’ve found five mice in my apartment so far—worst customer support.
New management here is great! Pet friendly, spacious apartments, and good maintenance. We have a newly-installed dog park and playground on the premises, and there are poop bag dispensers (with bags provided, of course, for convenience. It’s a quiet environment, close to nature, but near I-79, Emily Drive, and US 50. We’re quite pleased here!
