I lived at Sterling Ridge Apartments for 3 years. Best complex ever! I moved there from out of state. Lisa was amazing with the whole process. Her crew is amazing too. If you have a a problem it gets fixed asap. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Where do i begin? When I approached Sterling Ridge Apartments a few years ago i was very impressed with the entire complex, the grounds keeping, club house, pool and especially Lisa and her family. I moved into a one bedroom apartment which was EXCEPTIONAL! The price was fair, the apartment was clean and i REALLY enjoyed my apartment. I moved in and there was live bacteria in the bathroom toilet we could see swimming around. We scrubbed the place when we moved in becuase it was so nasty. When we moved out we were treated poorley and never recieved any of our deposit money we called for 3 weeks and never had our calls returned. We scubbed the place when we left. We were charged pet violation fees that were never our pets. These people were very rood. There is a family that runs it and loves in the apartments. Lazy family.
My biggest complainant is that the apartment wasnt very clean when I moved in. (at a glance it appeared clean, until I opened drawers and looked under things) There was moldy food between the stove and cupboards. The refrigerator and all of the cupboards and drawers had crumbs in them. The windowsills (originally white) were black with dirt. There was beard stubble and hair in the bathroom sink.
