Sterling Realty, led by Tim Green, went above and beyond in getting our house sold by providing assistance with finding companies to partner with in getting the house ready to sell and providing guidance on the pricing and timing of selling the house. They made selling the house and easy and enjoyable experience.
Tim and April are an awesome team to work with! They both listened and were very attentive to what I was looking for. Unfortunately there simply wasn’t much to choose from in the areas I was interested in as well as my price point/financing terms. I’ll absolutely be working with them in the future when I start my home search again!! Highly recommend.
