I worked with Tim and his team to buy my first house. They were very helpful through the whole process, helped me negotiate price, and answered all my questions along the way. Made my first time home buying process a lot less intimidating. I would definitely recommend!
If you work directly with Tim Green, it sounds like you have a great experience, but if you are assigned to one of the subordinate realtors, you don't get 5 star service. Working with Sterling for a first-time home purchase, paid an average market price for a house that was actually a fixer upper. Multiple times the realtor downplayed the severity and magnitude of issues found in the inspection. They did not attempt to get sellers to comp for the major issues or advise me to renegotiate.
