This company is awful. The HOA manager, Kim Tittlebaugh, is an unprofessional and discriminatory person. She allows certain residents within our neighborhood to violate the HOA CC&Rs while others are sent notices and fines for doing so. Even when she is given photographic documentation of violations she refuses to do anything. She has been targeting my property for over a year and a half now. Unethical, unprofessional and rude. We had an "agent" supposedly arbitrate an office lease on our behalf only to discover, after move-in, she had no obligation or duties to our interest. This, and the fact it was not disclosed early on, seems a clear violation of the realtors' code of conduct. Not only were they dishonest, disrespectful and largely incompetent, they refused to help seek any real resolution.
