Unprofessional and disappointing experience. My mother was interested in a specific property and made it clear to the realtor, Eve, that she did not want to be shown any other listings. Despite this, Eve continued to push unrelated properties and ignored her requests completely. To make matters worse, Eve stopped responding altogether. She hasn’t replied to emails or messages, and now my mother can’t even send emails to her—very unprofessional and concerning behavior. Purchased our first home and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with our realtor, Isa K. He didn't accompany us for a walkthrough nor did he drop off a congratulatory gift. We were even asked to pick up the keys from the listing agent's house ourselves. Essentially, we found the property, retrieved the keys, and did the walkthrough on our own. Not quite sure what Isa K did to earn his commission.
