It's been 30-some years with this company. And the attention is full-on. Mika, a technician, was painstakingly careful and found glitches and potential problems. Very appreciative of the company's independent spirit and concern for their community members.
We have used Sterling Protective Services for at least the past 9 years. NOBODY stays with a company for that period of time without having the trust in the service they receive and the support from the company when issues arise. Sterling set up a call between 2 4 pm. Jesse arrived promptly at 2pm. He is our original installer and knows our system better than any of us. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. He replaced an older motion detector.
