Linda and her team are amazing! I'm forever grateful that she took my call, and listened to the sensitive situation I was in as an out of state, partial homeowner of a property in distress. I am a homeowner who decided to rent out my house for a couple years. Contrary to what is written, it was Sterling Property Solutions that terminated the contract with this difficult client, as we have the absolute right to do under our agreement. The client wrote this within hours of his receipt of our termination notice, despite the fact that we managed his property professionally for 18 months.
