The lady I spoke to on the phone was very inconsiderate, no heart, talked to me like I was stupid. I hope someone finds out about some of the nasty things she said to me and about my husband. I wanted to ask some questions about a fee and was greeted unkindly. Which upset me greatly, being frustrated I started to get more defensive considering I was being blamed for something completely out of my control. 60 N. East St Carlisle has garbage piled in front all week long. Their tenants are permitted to store trash and recycling on the curb all week. Rodents galore!
