Everyone at sterling has been kind and professional. Special shout out to maintenance guy, Adam. He’s communicated promptly and clearly when we had an issue and made sure to keep our daughter’s apartment safe and in perfect working order. We’ve also found Jeff, Ginny, Emily, and Lois to go above and beyond, as well. Highly recommend!

My experience with Sterling is kind of funny, to be honest. The easiest part was signing the lease. Emily—the leasing specialist—helped me through the process, and I was able to move into my apartment without any issues. The funniest part starts after you’re done with leasing. When I left the building after my lease ended, I asked how they handle the return of the security deposit. They told me it takes about 3–4 weeks and that I could call anytime if I had concerns. Very friendly staff and easy process
This review is being written in direct response to the voicemail left by Jeff, in which he clearly stated that our applications were not approved and acknowledged that the company did receive both our deposit and the two application payments. Charging $60 per application with absolutely no guarantee and no meaningful communication throughout the process is unacceptable.
