Would be zero if possible, when you're told that even though you mailed your rent check 2 weeks in advanced and it's still late because of the post office that it's still your fault is rather ridiculous. Post move out update, even though we gave notice and they moved someone in within a week of our move out they decided to hit us with 4000 worth of collections without telling us why
