Sterling Management is awful. I finally looked up reviews of them online and it seems to be a consensus. My roommate and I have been pestering them to come fix our broken air conditioning units since the day we moved in. We've had zero replies, and our 11th floor apartment is an oven in the summer. Avoid working with this company. They will not take care of you.
