Before looking at properties available you have to give your email. I have found most rental companies in Eau Claire will not allow large dogs so I don't want a whole bunch of spam from looking for a place to live that has nothing to offer me. SPAM
Very reasonable and understanding landlord.. Very attentive when there is an issue. A great value for rental properties in the local area. Definitely recommend.
The landlord is and has been helpful and responsive to my roommates and I. Along with the fast response times with emails and such he also fixes any issues we have in a timely manner regarding questions, concerns, and anything house/appliance related. Larry has been a great property manager and we were happy to renew our lease.
Takes good care of properties in timely fashion and has always responded quickly to any problems I have had.
