I purchased a commercial property through Sterling Property. Simon Brady and Jake Wallman were very helpful and patient as some of the process was new to me. Simon took the time to meet & explain the process with us, which was very informative. Simon also took care of any last minute requests I needed assistance with. I would use Sterling Property again. Great team!
This strata company is, in my experience, one of the worst in Perth. In particular, an employee named Tom was extremely unprofessional in his conduct. I found his behaviour to be discriminatory and unfair, and my dealings with him were very disappointing.
I've really enjoyed working with Brian and the team at Sterling Property. Highly recommend.
