I’ve been renting from Sterling Property and management LLC for maybe a couple of years now I have not had any problems that they did not resolve and trust me. I’m a complainer so I’m currently in a property now and anything that I need fixed is fixed and every time I call, they answer my call or they called me the next day so I don’t have any problems with them actually I think about buying a house cause I see they have some houses for sale as well.
I left the home I rented from them in very clean conditions with minimal wear and tear outside of some broken window screens which some of which were already broken when I moved in but of course I was charged to fix all of them,. Not only was I lied to by David and told in the office that after 45 days of not getting my deposit back, that I would be getting most of it back. I interacted with David, he was very quick to relive any questions I had. He provided top notch support in making sure I was taken care of and gave me great piece of mind. I cannot recommend him enough!
Absolutely awful of a place. I was going to rent an apartment. I signed the lease then went and looked at the apartment only to find stripped cable wires (I could see the copper wire), the fire extinguisher hasn't been serviced since 2016, (This part needs it own section) a man was stabbed in January at that apartment and the blood HASNT BEEN CLEANED YETTTTTT!!!! If I could I would give a neagtive star they put me in a fraudlent lease than sold the house under me and I didn't even know it was forsale when I signed the lease. After no longer managing property DAVID was still demanding me to pay rent to him even though HE DID NOT MANAGE THE PROPERTY ANYMORE he refused to give my depoist to the new home owner it took A MONTH before he did release it and I had to leave because he lied to me about the owner not wanting to live their WHEN SHE DID WANT TO LIVE THERE.
