If I could give zero stars I would the property manager are too cheap and do the bare minimum to maintain or upgrade the property. Water is constantly being shut off for maintenance. Roof damage cause apartments to flood Roach infestation happen regularly. Lights don't come on at night Pool has been closed for over a year and Internet upgrades are available to residents for free but they don't want to upgrade.
Shorten into the point definitely do not recommend anybody especially with a family to move into Sterling point there’s been a pest Problem before and since we’ve moved in, there’s no oven ventilation so your fire alarm will go off once you cook and if the air is not circulating upon moving into the apartment, there’s multiple places where maintenance has painted over lightbulbs literally painted over the tub and there’s paint dripping on every thing in the apartment. Vernon was great and finished my work orders quickly they have been opened for so long.
I came in and took a tour at Sterling Pointe. I was blown away from how kind Jessica was, as well as how informative the maintenance team was. I unfortunately can’t walk up stairs, but I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a modern and fairly priced apartment!
