Came in to inquire about a first apartment. Jessica was very helpful and very kind, even though sadly my puppy didn’t meet the requirements for a living space.
Maintenance is very good and prompt. No volleyball net and no basketballs or volleyballs to check out from the office. NO CHAIRS or bulletin board in laundry room. Laundry room needs cleaning daily, floors are not cleaned, machine tops are dirty, and trash in laundry room needs to be done more often or additional trash bin put in. I am severely allergic to the poisonous shrubs right outside my door.
I had a fantastic experience with Sterling Pointe Apartments, thanks to Makayla and the leasing team! They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Makayla took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Sterling Pointe for anyone looking for a new place to call home!
