Vernon was great and finished my work orders quickly they have been opened for so long.
I came in and took a tour at Sterling Pointe. I was blown away from how kind Jessica was, as well as how informative the maintenance team was. I unfortunately can’t walk up stairs, but I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a modern and fairly priced apartment!
Do not move into this apartment complex unless you want uninvited room mates in the form of roaches, management did not disclose my unit was severly infested before renting here. Living here has been a nightmare dealing with roaches that will not go away despite several visits from pest control.
I have been living here for YEARS!!! I've only had issues with the past management companies. But Chamberlin and Associates has turned Sterling Pointe completely around! Not only does our property manager Jessica listen to every single concern of our and address it immediately, but maintenance is so quick to fix everything and fix it the right way!
