This complex is definitely NOT affordable in any way. Don’t let them trick you with an introductory offer! In less than 2 years my rent increased from $1300 to $1500 for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit on the 2nd floor with outdated cabinets and carpet that is buckling everywhere. They won’t work with you and the management is very rude! Buyer Beware, or in this case Renter Beware!
I’ve been living here almost 2 yrs now and management is very responsive to all my requests. Could rent be cheaper, yeah probably. But it’s expensive everywhere. I love my little apartment!
