When I moved in the panels in my kitchen were not replaced. It was gross when they said they already had someone clean them. They were replaced within two weeks of my request. The maintenance team is great. Three stars because of the weed smell. In April(moved in here March 28th), I would get it 3-4 times even with all my windows closed. Now during the warmer months I get the smell at least once maybe twice a day. The smell comes in through the vents. They said they can't do anything about it. The management is pretty poor aside for one or two people. They’re not helpful at all and the rent is overpriced for the condition of the units and property. The only draw is having a garage (which will cost you). Go somewhere else if you can.

I have lived at this property for a year and a half, It is a joke, they will lie to get you to move in! I paid to move in on a certain date, however based on disgusting toilet seat, filthy blinds, missing toe kicks etc I gave them a week to get it taken care of they didn't refund the week I waited, or the money I spent to take care of it myself when I moved in because they never did!! they only sent me a work order request that said completed , yah it was completed by ME. and in the meantime I messaged the then asst manager ... read more
