We had a shower leak and called Sterling. Sterling conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, gave us several repair options based on budget, and were very clear about the details of the repairs and fees. They also discovered another problem with our pipes that was a nightmare waiting to happen - we were fortunate Sterling spotted the problem and fixed it.
