We had a shower leak and called Sterling. Sterling conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, gave us several repair options based on budget, and were very clear about the details of the repairs and fees. They also discovered another problem with our pipes that was a nightmare waiting to happen - we were fortunate Sterling spotted the problem and fixed it. Luke just did a lot of work on my parents' house so they referred me to him when I was having a plumbing issue. He was able to come quickly and identify the problem, as well as noticing other potential safety issues that others had missed. He gave me a variety of price options without pushing me toward upgrades. He was friendly and helpful and got the needed parts to complete the job the following morning.
