Luke was awesome, very knowledgeable, thorough at accessing my hot water tank issue and furnace. He provided multiple levels of options in payment and needs to replace my hot water tank that had failed which I appreciated. His workmanship was outstanding. We had a water line break and Sterling came to the rescue. Luke was incredibly thorough and helpful, offering tips and info for everything plumbing related he saw. He was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had - regardless of the time of day. His responsiveness and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
