We had a water line break and Sterling came to the rescue. Luke was incredibly thorough and helpful, offering tips and info for everything plumbing related he saw. He was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had - regardless of the time of day. His responsiveness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Luke and Sterling for any plumbing service you need, big or small.

He was very polite, and gave tips to prevent future issues. The work was done very professionally. We had a shower leak and called Sterling. Sterling conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, gave us several repair options based on budget, and were very clear about the details of the repairs and fees. They also discovered another problem with our pipes that was a nightmare waiting to happen - we were fortunate Sterling spotted the problem and fixed it.
