Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. Abe showed us around and told us about everything in the apartment and club house.

I had to deal with Spectrum for 2 days as they had cut my service without verification and Britney Otero was such a great help in getting my service back. She went above and beyond in being contact with spectrum to get them to mitigate the issue and checked in with me to ensure that the problem was resolved. She’s the BEST!!
Aside from the pool taking awhile to open, it’s been great living here. The staff is helpful. This is not at all the fault of the complex- but just be aware that package delivery is a nightmare unless you pay for the locker. My packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address and sometimes even just thrown on the ground by the stairs.
