The leasing agent we worked with during our tour was friendly and knowledgeable. However, pushing a golf cart to speeds of 15-20 mph with an elderly woman in the rear-facing seat and no seatbelt felt not just unsafe but irresponsible
Maintenance is fast but that's just about the only good thing in my opinion. Our most recent time with a maintenance issue they fixed our garbage disposal, but left a bunch of water under the sink. Ruined our stuff under there, left water damage, and seeped out under the wall and into the dining room. When we brought the issue up with management they just "made a note". Trash compactor is broken pretty consistently as well, and there is no backup trash plan in place.
Clay was so nice and answered all of my questions. While I wish my brother could get out of his lease there, he's stuck for now with an office that clearly doesnt seem to care about doing anything let alone working other than throwing pool parties while their residents have repeat ceiling leaks again and again at least maintenance is on top of it
