Why is the pilgrim manor human resources person is not allowing employees to do PTO buyout when all the other communities are being allowed theirs

Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton OH is extremely unprofessional and the dietary department there is lacking. I am awaiting calls back from Sean or Chuck please.
