Friendly staff, yet their clients only want qualified individuals because they don't want to waste their time to train new hires who are looking for and wanting to go to work.
They are only interested in helping finding work for qualified individuals. They are friendly and yet not interested in helping people who have been furloughed from their place of employment of 12 years because their clients don't want to waste their time to training new hires for new work that they have never done before, even though I am wanting to try something new for employment.
RecommendedThe entire staff cares about their candidates from your recruiter to the person who processes your pay roll to the owner. Sterling kept me constantly and continuously working for 2 years! Yes, you read that correctly, 2 full years I worked temp positions for them. If you want an agency that cares as much as you do that you’re working, go with Sterling! All the recruiters are amazing but my recruiter Liz is my favorite!

I wouldn’t recommend using Sterling Hires. A month passed by before I was sent on an assignment. Then the assignment put my safety at risk and when I refused to go back, I was then told I needed other documentation to verify my identity in order to be placed elsewhere. The documents I provided the day of interviewing did not pose a problem.
