I have really enjoyed using Sterling Peaks, but I would say the last 6 months, he’s been impossible to get ahold of! We needed help with our home owners insurance and were dropped because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I’ve been emailing and calling since April 9th and it’s April 21st now. We’ve tried to stop by his office multiple times, email, phone call. NOTHING!

I've had the same experience i already see written on here. I'm trying to buy a house and the mortgage company can't get Mr. Bates on the phone so I've found my own homeowners insurance and car insurance. I've already purchased policies before hearing back from Mr. Bates.

I have tried multiple times to call Mr. Bates to get a quote as a new customer and not once have I gotten a phone call back nor a message from him or anyone in this agency. I even physically stopped by this office three times . . . and for two weeks it has had the same poster board message that he is “temporarily” out of the office?? Thank heavens he is not my agent if this is how easy it is to get ahold of him! He will not return your phone calls. This is not a good agency to use. I called on 11/5/24 requesting a call about a letter I received in the mail about dropping home owners in 1/2025. Still waiting for a return call. Bought a new car 12/26/24. I have called every day to get new coverage. Still no call back. People that answer the phone are nice. Never had this problem with State Farm. Will be dropping Sterling Peaks.
