Smelly and Overpriced – I moved there thinking that I would "get what I paid for" and agreed to a higher rental rate than similiar apartments in the immediate area - boy was I wrong - The "secured" entrys often have coins or debris jammed in the door to prevent security, the basement smells like a used cat box and many leaks, the hallway has the basement smell.
