Don't rent here. Office staff is the worse and are very rude especially Irene. Rent is expensive with NOTHING included. Pool is tiny and playground is a joke
This place is ridiculous!! The cost of rent is already high yet they want to increase you some more when your lease is up for NO reason. They don't even cover ANY utilities and the cost of your electric bill is sky high. For your own good stay away from this place. Totally not worth it and not to mention the pictures online are def not what my apt looks like. Plus the stupid pool is sooooooooooo small to accommodate the amount of residents in all these buildings. You would think that if they are going to charge an ARM and LE... read more
