This place had the nicest staff when I went. I was a walk in. They were fast helpful and explained things well. My new prescription was accurate and I can see again! 10 out of 10
Super frustrated by the experience of trying to get contacts for my son. March 14th had eye appt, then told they needed to order trial lenses. Got a call they came in, but have been playing phone tag for weeks to just schedule it. Finally today 4/7 I had to drive over to see someone face to face to make appointment and 4/29 is there next available appointment. Yes, I understand there are processes but this is wildly inefficient, and such an unnecessary wait. Eventually, hopefully in nearly 7 weeks my son will have eye contac... read more
