Purchased my first pair of glasses at Sterling Optical. I have a higher, complex prescription. Kevin was outstanding in guiding me to frames and lenses that meet the needs of my prescription. Highly recommended !!
Shout out to Mike for helping me with an emergency fix for my brother’s glasses. I truly appreciate his compassion and expertise.
Zei still remembered me after 2 years from my purchase of a pair of Maui Gin’s. Brought in a pair that needed some light repairs and Zei worked his magic. Will be back soon for another pair! Excellent customer service.
Had a wonderful experience getting my frames adjusted by the optician, Eric! I tried to get my glasses adjusted at several other places to no success, so when I stopped by here, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was taken care of by Eric, who was friendly, patient, and helpful when it came to adjusting my frames for a comfortable fit. I’m very grateful for his help and would recommend this location!
