Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on June 7th, lenses for sunglasses did not fit frames, still waiting on regular glasses to arrive, very poor communication from staff, do not return calls when they say they will.

Both associate Kanela Siskos and Optometrist Dr Karl Eng provided outstanding personalized and patient service. The optometrist can make or break a visit and this doctor was thorough, extraordinarily detailed, patient, and he LISTENS to you.
