We recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma, great service, very easy transaction. It is unfortunate that we are about to do a 24 hour long road trip to bring our parents closer to Texas...and the Toyota app marks that there is a recall issue with the breaks. When we called the agency, they told us that there is no replacement, no materials available to fix this recall and all that we can do is wait until the resolution and parts arrive. Mr Tariq Jilani was wonderful, good help with full respect, but the technician are irresponsible, after getting back the car, on my way back, I checked my tire pressure, it was 32psi instead of 36, that means the mechanic did not even check, now how could i trust that he checked all the other required points and even may be he did not even changed my engine oil, I dont have any Guage to measure all of these.
