About 2 weeks ago, I was getting ready to buy a car and a sales man at Faulker Toyota by the name of Issac Curnew helped me. We had an excellent experience working with Jeff Wells at Burdick Toyota. We brought in our 2013 Sienna XLE, which we have absolutely loved, and traded it in for a new Sienna XLE. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all of our questions. He was able to point out all the upgrades and changes from the older model, and we immediately felt comfortable and confident in our decision to buy another Toyota Sienna. Dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional service center Zach Claybrooks so call manager, refused to resolve issue. Incompetent to manage a portapotty!
Service manager Zach Claybrooks is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and doesn’t represent Toyota quality of customer service.He was unwilling to resolve or investigate the damage to my car after being serviced, his arrogance is shameful. I have purchased my last vehicles ( 4 in 15 years) from this dealership. I intended to file a complaint with corporate.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years. We have used this dealership for all the service for those new cars. Yesterday, my 20 YO daughter brought her car in because it was making a strange noise. After a few hours the technician came out and told her it needed some repairs that were somewhat costly. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. If there was a zero star that’s what I would rate them. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from Cobb County Toyota on 10/13/19 for my 16 year old daughter.
