I have been coming here for about 10 years. Most therapists have been great. In recent visits not so much. Styles are different, and I normally feel worse after leaving with the same feeling for days to follow. In addition, the new clinic manager has been hard to deal with. She is rather spacey, unorganized, and rude to people. There are other choices thankfully. Amazing how new management can tant the way you feel about an establishment

Had gift certificate for services they don’t provide (bought online)! And there was difficulty in finding records of the purchase. Then - only a fair experience and they weren’t able to get in the entire value of massage during session! Not customer friendly.

My first experience was in Oct 2020, I purchased a package as a birthday gift to myself and it was the BEST full day spa experience I’ve ever had. Getting ready to schedule again!
