As a community Manager my self for 14 years, I can tell you after only the short time this management company took over the property I live at they are a mess. I can’t wait to move. Do not rent from this management company. We have maintenance working in our next door vacant apartment that like to just randomly walk in to my apartment. I have to lock doors at all times now. They have entered twice now unauthorized.
