Doctor Grimes and Doctor Pagura both failed me when I was younger and I went here. Doctor Grimes failed to notify me or my parents when I was diagnosed with Epilepsy, and so it progressed into something I will have for the rest of my life. The pediatric neurologist I had after that informed us that could've been prevented if she had notified us and I had started medication before it progressed. The absolute worst reception. Their app was down and there was no reminders for our appointment. I missed the appointment and didn't realize until a few days later when I went looking for when our appointment was. When I called to ask why I didn't get a reminder they told me their app was down and they don't do phone call reminders. If your system is not working you have to find a new way to let people know. Also no phone call to let me know that I missed the appointment. What a joke.
