I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of a medical examination for PR purposes. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Dr. Annabel Vattheuer, the front desk receptionist, and the two female staff members on the third floor responsible for X-rays were all exceptionally kind, polite, and patient. We see Dr. Javellana. She is amazing. When we have had an emergency, we have always been able to see another doctor in a timely manner. Very happy with our experiences here. Front desk staff have always been polite and kind.
We had a good experience. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. My son was well taken care of. He received a bedtime book from the doctor was an added bonus. Thank you for a excellent service
The doctor we saw was alrite... maybe an off-day themselves? running behind? The office was clean and lots of parking. However, the front desk admin I found not very welcoming and rude (not a good 1st impression). It's very hard to get thru the phone lines and when they call you back; they tell you 1 thing and when you meet with the doctor; the doctor tells you another thing. There seems to be some inconsistencies on how information is passed/shared
