The absolute worst reception. Their app was down and there was no reminders for our appointment. I missed the appointment and didn't realize until a few days later when I went looking for when our appointment was. When I called to ask why I didn't get a reminder they told me their app was down and they don't do phone call reminders. If your system is not working you have to find a new way to let people know. Also no phone call to let me know that I missed the appointment. What a joke.
