RED FLAG!!! I signed a contract in March 2023, paid $36K for first installment and then returned to NC with expectations of coming back to KC in October with a van uplifted with wheelchair lift plus our designed interior. She told me lies and half lies on the phone for months. When I returned in October 2023, she had removed body parts on the outside and done zero on the inside - - - plus no wheelchair lift. Company is a fraud. Owner doesn’t know what she’s doing. Lies to her employees and clients. Owner collects a check from clients but does not return finished product on time or complete in time told. It’s a ponzi scheme, Do not do business here!

I brought my Ram Promaster van and two Ford Transit seats I purchased to Sterling Luxury Coaches. Despite the fact that they specialize in Mercedes Sprinters, they were up to the challenge of installing these seats for me. They fabricated custom mounting brackets, moved items underneath the van, mounted the seat rails, and put everything back together in a single day.
